RuggedCom Introduces New Ethernet Switch Product Line
Targeting Industrial Applications

RuggedCom Inc. (“RuggedCom”) (TSX:RCM), a leading provider of rugged communications networking solutions designed for
mission-critical applications in harsh environments, has introduced a new Ethernet Switch product line targeting industrial applications. Announced during the Hanover Fair in Germany, the new RuggedSwitch™ i800, or i-Series, of products is designed for demanding
industrial environments such as those found in process control applications (oil and gas, petro-chemical, metals and mining, wind farms).

The new RuggedSwitch™ i800 product line features the following:
- Rugged, compact and sleek design
- Hardened for typical industrial environment (including hazardous locations)
- Fully featured managed Ethernet switch with industry leading ROS™ firmware (unmanaged switch option available)
- -20 to +60C temperature range (optional -40 to +85C)
- Industry leading support and service including five year warranty
