The RuggedWireless™ family are industrially hardened Ethernet switches which integrate IEEE 802.11b/g Wireless Access Points, with fully managed wired 8-Port Ethernet switches providing six Fast Ethernet copper only ports and two optional copper or fiber ports. With the installation of the RS900W Series wirelessaccess point, a network designer will achieve the integration of wired and wireless networks. As a client only redirector for remote serial servers Serial/IP uses virtual COM ports to create a software cable between the local PC and the remote serial server and it's devices. It requires no software on the server and works with over 30 manufacturers.
