Ancillary Hardware Products
eLAN™ STM
The eLAN™ STM provides full substation hardening for the Advantech industrial pc platform used to host eLAN software applications. It provides the following features and functionality:
- C37.90 surge and transient protection for serial I/O
- Galvanic Isolation of serial I/O
- S232
- RS485
- Tx and Rx LEDs for all serial channels
- IRIG-B signal buffering and distribution
- Optional DC power supply for eLAN computer
eLAN™ Digital Bridge
The eLAN™ Digital Bridge is designed to support redundant eLAN configurations. It bridges single serial connections to field devices, to both sides of a redundant pair of eLAN servers. Each Bridge assembly supports up to 16 channel cards.
